Best AEO and GEO Agencies for B2B Companies in 2026

By Mehmet, Top Seed AI · Published

In short: The right agency depends mostly on your budget and how much of the work you want done for you. Among the eight other agencies on this page, Omniscient Digital (from $120,000 a year), NoGood (average retainer above $20,000 a month) and iPullRank (investment ranges from $30K) aim at larger budgets; WebFX (from $3,000 a month) and DerivateX ($5,000 to $12,000 a month, B2B SaaS only) publish lower entry prices; First Page Sage, Siege Media and Single Grain do not publish prices. Top Seed AI publishes this page and is one of the nine firms on it, so weigh our section accordingly.

How we chose these firms

We started from the agencies AI assistants named most often in our own tracking: an AI visibility tool that has asked 30 questions (25 about this category, 5 about us) every week since October 20, 2026, such as "Which companies help brands get recommended by ChatGPT?". Four of the agencies we track were named in the answers: First Page Sage, NoGood, Omniscient Digital and WebFX. We then added four agencies whose own websites clearly sell AEO or GEO services to B2B or SaaS companies: DerivateX, iPullRank, Siege Media and Single Grain.

Every fact below comes from the firm's own website, checked on November 1, 2026, and is linked. Prices and client counts are the firms' own statements; we have not verified them. We did not include software tools such as Profound, AthenaHQ or Otterly.AI, because they sell software rather than done-for-you work. If you are weighing the two, see AEO Agency vs AI Visibility Software.

The firms, one by one

Top Seed AI (publisher of this page)

Top Seed AI is a done-for-you AI visibility service, not software. We research the questions buyers ask AI assistants, write and publish the answers (pages, comparison guides, FAQs and videos), work on the outside sources AI assistants read, such as listings, review sites and community threads, and measure what changes. We track up to 50 buyer questions every week across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews, and send a short report every month. We ask each question three times in each AI assistant at the start and again at the end of your first month. You approve everything before it goes live. We work by email and send the price and terms by email after a free comparison page.

Not the best fit if you want regular calls or a dedicated account team, need an agency with many published case studies in your industry (we are new and have worked with one client so far), or want a tracking dashboard you run yourself, in which case software may suit you better.

First Page Sage

First Page Sage says its GEO service covers list creation and optimization, database inclusion, website authority, online review management, achievement publicization and social sentiment monitoring, and that its team acts as "your content creator, list & database outreach manager, and online reputation monitor". It says most of its clients are midsized companies, that it has more than 150 clients, and that its engagements run month to month. It does not publish its own prices; a cost article on its blog describes market tiers from $2,000–$3,000 to $8,000–$12,000 a month that it says it has seen among GEO providers.

Often a fit for midsized B2B companies that want list placements, reviews and content managed together without a long contract.

NoGood

NoGood describes "full-service AEO across four pillars": research and monitoring, content, earned media and digital PR, and technical AEO, and says it uses Goodie AI, a third-party tool, for tracking. It says it works in SaaS, B2B, healthcare, fintech, ecommerce and AI, and that its average retainer is above $20,000 a month, with no standard packages. It is headquartered in New York.

Often a fit for funded startups, scaleups and enterprises that want AEO inside a wider growth retainer.

Omniscient Digital

Omniscient Digital says it helps B2B software businesses turn SEO, GEO and content into growth channels. Its AEO work identifies "the publishers, review platforms, communities, comparison pages, industry sources, and other signals" behind buyers' answers, measures results with analytics, CRM data and self-reported attribution, and sets aside part of each program for experiments. It says full-service engagements start at $120,000 a year.

Often a fit for B2B software companies with a large budget that want AEO tied to SEO, content and pipeline reporting.

WebFX

WebFX says its AI search optimization includes an audit, ongoing strategy and management, and its own software for tracking web and AI search performance (OmniSEO®), that SEO is included, and that it does not guarantee placements in AI search. GEO starts at $3,000 a month; its enterprise AI search tiers start at $22,500 a month with a six-month commitment. It is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Often a fit for companies that already run SEO and want the lowest published entry price among large agencies, plus tracking software.

DerivateX

DerivateX works only with software companies: "B2B SaaS companies from $5M to $50M ARR with product-market fit". It audits how AI tools describe a product, builds content and third-party placements, and tracks results through to pipeline. It publishes three flat monthly retainers of $5,000, $8,000 and $12,000, with a 90-day pilot on the first two and a six-month minimum on the third; budgets for off-site placements ($1,000 to $3,000 a month) are separate, and a standalone diagnostic costs $3,500. The team works from Bengaluru on hours that overlap US time zones.

Often a fit for B2B SaaS companies in that revenue range that want published, flat pricing and a pilot period.

iPullRank

iPullRank calls itself an enterprise and mid-market AI search agency and runs GEO programs across strategy, content, technical optimization and measurement; it also offers to help companies build an internal GEO program. Its AI search page lists investment ranges of $30K–$150K, $150K–$500K and $500K+, without saying over what period. It publishes an AI Search Manual.

Often a fit for mid-market and enterprise brands that want deep technical and research-led work, or help building an in-house team.

Siege Media

Siege Media says it has "SEO, GEO, digital PR, affiliate, and community teams under one roof" and tracks LLM share of voice for your category monthly. It says it suits SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, cybersecurity, education and travel brands that can commit to six months or more, and that it is not a fit if you need results measured in weeks. It does not publish prices.

Often a fit for product brands that want GEO run as content, digital PR and community work over at least six months.

Single Grain

Single Grain says it builds AI-citable content, structured data and authority signals, and monitors share of answer, citations and brand mentions across AI platforms. It bundles AEO with SEO, paid media, creative and content work. It lists a B2B SaaS practice and does not publish prices.

Often a fit for growth-stage B2B companies that want AEO alongside paid media in one agency.

How to read "best AEO agency" lists, including this one

Many lists of AEO and GEO agencies are written by agencies. First Page Sage's own GEO page says that "Appearing in highly-ranked list articles is the largest factor impacting which companies or products are recommended by chatbots", and seven of the eight other agencies on this page publish "best agencies" lists that rank themselves first (First Page Sage, NoGood, Omniscient Digital, WebFX, DerivateX, Siege Media, Single Grain). Omniscient Digital discloses this on every list of its own we checked: "This guide is published by Omniscient Digital. We've included ourselves because we offer GEO services." WebFX acknowledges it on its main GEO list ("While it may sound promotional to include WebFX on this list") but not on the industry lists we checked; we found no such line on the other lists we checked.

We saw the same pattern across B2B services. In our own check of "best" lists in 16 B2B fields, most were written by a company that sells the service and lists itself (see Who Writes the "Best" Lists AI Reads).

That does not make these lists useless, ours included. It means a list tells you who exists, not who is best. Check three things on any list: who publishes it, whether it says so, and whether each claim links to a source you can open.

Which type of agency fits a B2B company?

Start from the budget you can sustain for at least six months, because most agencies on this page say results take months.

Then ask each shortlisted agency the questions in How to Choose an AI Visibility Agency, especially what exactly they will do each month, how they measure, and what they will not promise.

Questions people ask

How much does an AEO or GEO agency cost?

Published prices on the agencies' own sites range from $3,000 a month (WebFX's GEO entry price) and $5,000 to $12,000 a month (DerivateX) to more than $20,000 a month on average across NoGood's retainers (not AEO-specific) and $120,000 a year and up (Omniscient Digital). First Page Sage, Siege Media and Single Grain do not publish prices. Ask what is included, because some prices cover SEO and content and some do not.

Can an agency guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend us?

No. AI answers change from run to run and no agency controls them. WebFX states that it does not guarantee placements in AI search, and we do not either. Be careful with any agency that promises a specific ranking or a number of AI mentions.

How long does AEO take to show results?

Usually months. Siege Media says it fits brands that can commit to a 6+ month horizon and is not a fit if you need results in weeks; DerivateX starts most plans with a 90-day pilot. Small fixes, such as correcting conflicting facts on your own site, can show up sooner, but no one can promise when.

Should a B2B company hire an agency or buy AI visibility software?

Software tracks where you appear; an agency does the work that changes it. If you have a team with time to write pages, run outreach and fix listings, a tool may be enough. If not, an agency does that work for you. See AEO Agency vs AI Visibility Software.
